This is a residential design ordered by our client, Mr. Suko. The location is in the city of Malang which will be built on a plot area. even though the land is very limited, with land dimensions of only 5.5 x 12 m2. it doesn't make this house look cramped.

We arrange it so that all user requests can be accommodated in the available space. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be accommodated. 

The spacious living room is adjacent to the dining room and kitchen on the first floor. We placed the bathroom under the stairs to save space. Don't forget, we also added a garden at the back of the building for comfortable ventilation in this house. At the front we provide a terrace that is sufficient for 2 motorbikes, not for cars, because users don't need it.

On the 2nd floor, there is a spacious family room adjacent to 2 bedrooms. At the front and back we provide balconies so that users can enjoy views out from several sides. The rear balcony can also be used as a laundry room.

The display design concept proposed is a minimalist style according to requests from users. This style can be seen from the building facade which only has one side at the front. we made a simple cubic shape with a frame leading into the balcony area. This formation continues to be raised until it covers the roof space. We also provide a canopy in front to shade the terrace space. On the side of the facade we arranged it so that it is a room window so that we can get fresh air at all times.
